How fulfilment is confirmed
- Send your required product, strength, presentation and destination.
- We check local stock and any documentation requirements.
- Your written quotation confirms availability, dispatch arrangements, delivery charges and any applicable conditions.
- Tracking details are provided for the agreed shipment when available.
Domestic supply arrangements
We confirm local fulfilment before accepting the order. If your requested specification is unavailable locally, we will discuss availability before agreeing supply. We do not automatically substitute an overseas shipment.
Storage and handling
Storage conditions are product- and formulation-specific. Follow the handling information provided for the selected material and batch. Packaging or delivery format alone does not establish cold-chain or stability requirements.
